Paris Nigro

goFooty.LiveTeam

Paris Nigro moved from Melbourne to the Geelong region when she was 9 and has been involved in football one way or another all of her life. After finishing her secondary education, Paris studied at Sports Education Development Australia (SEDA) completing a Diploma of Sports Development. This course gave her an opportunity to work with the Geelong Cats in a Information Technology placement. She is now working as the full-time Administration Officer at the Torquay Football and Netball Club – the only role of its type in the region.

On the field, Paris was captain and Best & Fairest winner in the inaugural Torquay Youth Girls Football Team in 2015 before playing in back-to-back premierships with North Geelong. Back at her original club, she helped to establish the Torquay Senior Women’s Football team, where she has since been part of the leadership team.

Paris is a life-long Carlton supporter and member and has had some experience in radio with 94.7FM The Pulse, working with Rob on the Sportsfix program.
